The Role

At UW-ELAST, you will have a varied and responsible role in a production where quality and craftsmanship are in focus. You will work both independently and together with engaged colleagues, where your attention to detail and quality mindset are decisive for the final result.

In this role, you will work practically with casting machines, including calibration and maintenance. Clear instructions are provided to ensure high standards in every step. You will be involved in the entire process, from casting foamed polyurethane articles in heated molds to finishing and inspecting the products. We value your engagement and willingness to develop, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to improvements in methods and processes. By optimizing methods and working times, you will help drive both quality and efficiency forward.

We would like you to have

• Completed upper secondary education
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Relevant vocational training and industrial experience are considered meritorious.
